You should massage your breast for approximately 3-6 months. Swelling will be gone and the breast will look beautiful in about one month, permanent shape will appear after the the breasts have fully healed within 3-6 months.
You should avoid strenous activities the first 3-6 months until the breasts have healed. Within the first 3 months you may still feel a slight pain, there is nothing to worry it will disappear in time and most of your discomfort can be controlled by medication prescribed by your doctor.
